Tredrea also suggested that if Crows captain Taylor Walker were to stand down, obvious replacement Rory Sloane wouldn\u2019t be the man to take over as captain of his team either.<\/p>\n

\u201cLike Jonas, Talia is a ruthless competitor and is super demanding of his teammates.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe should not forget his 2014 best and fairest speech when he demanded his teammates show \u2018more action rather than words\u2019 — he was also the one who called out teammates for being \u201ca bit behind where we need to be\u201d when discussing player fitness levels at the start of pre-season.<\/p>\n
