According to the BOM:<\/p>\n
\u201cFor people in Adelaide Metropolitan, Mount Lofty Ranges, Kangaroo Island, Lower South East and parts of Yorke Peninsula, Murraylands and Upper South East districts\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n
\u201cDamaging winds, averaging 50-65 km\/h with gusts in excess of 90 km\/h are possible over exposed coasts and elevated ground near the cold front. Wind gusts in excess of 90 km\/h are also possible across the warning area, mostly with squally showers and thunderstorms.<\/p>\n
\u201cConditions are expected to ease temporarily overnight before a second front affects the southeast of the State Tuesday afternoon.<\/p>\n
\u201cLocations which may be affected include Adelaide, Mount Gambier, Murray Bridge, Kingscote, Victor Harbor and Meningie.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
The State Emergency Service advises that people should:<\/p>\n
* Move vehicles under cover or away from trees.
\n\t* Secure or put away loose items around your property.
