But it needs to be done right.<\/h3>\n<h3>\u201cOnce we make what will seemingly be quantum shifts in how we play our great game, we cannot put our hands in the air in 12 or 24 months&#8217; time and say \u2018we&#8217;ve stuffed this up\u2019.<\/h3>\n<h3>\u201cWe need to see these changes in real, live, meaningful AFL games, not from training sessions or pre-season matches.<\/h3>\n<h3>\u201cWe need to see how the rules stand up under the intensity of real AFL footy.
