According to the BOM:<\/p>\n
\u201cA vigorous cold front is moving across the State today. The front is expected to pass near Ceduna mid morning, Adelaide mid afternoon and then reaching the northeast parts during the evening.<\/p>\n
\u201cNorth to northwesterly winds increasing ahead of the cold front to reach 50-65 km\/h, with localised gusts of around 90-100 km\/h, over parts of the Eyre Peninsula and Yorke Peninsula early Friday morning. These localised damaging winds will then extend further east around mid morning.<\/p>\n
\u201cWinds turning gusty west to southwesterly around 35-55 km\/h behind the front.<\/p>\n
\u201cAreas of raised dust and gusty thunderstorms are also possible.<\/p>\n
\u201cConditions will begin to ease gradually during the late afternoon.<\/p>\n
\u201cLocations which may be affected include Wudinna, Port Lincoln, Cleve and Maitland. Then extending to Clare, the Adelaide Hills, Victor Harbor and Murray Bridge around mid morning.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
The State Emergency Service advises that people should:
\n\t* Move vehicles under cover or away from trees;
\n\t* Secure or put away loose items around your property.
