BURRATA<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/smallpdf.com\/file#s=4254d38b-15ec-41b2-9edd-f484b00b5c5a\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Download recipe here<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">INGREDIENTS<br>250G COOKED CRAB MEAT<br>1 PACKET SHORT PASTA<br>1LT TOMATO SUGO<br>2 SHALLOTS FINELY CHOPPED<br>30ML OLIVE OIL<br>2 TBS BUTTER<br>2 BURRATA<br>30 ML VODKA<br>BASIL FOR GARNISH<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">in a saucepan fry the shallots in the butter &amp; oil until golden, add the vodka and flambe<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">add the tomato sugo and simmer for a few minutes, place the sauce in a blender and add the burrata and blend until smooth<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">add the blended sauce back to the saucepan and simmer, add the crab meat and season with salt &amp;
