A \u201cmosaic loo\u201d at Cummins on the Eyre Peninsula has won big at this year\u2019s International Toilet Tourism Awards.<\/h3>\n

The public toilet beat entries from North America, Asia, Europe and Australia to win the title of \u201cBest Economic Contributor\u201d.<\/p>\n

According to a judge who handed out the gong:<\/p>\n

\u201cThe public toilets in the town have become a tourist attraction in their own right, which shows smart thinking by the local community.<\/h3>\n

\u201cUnlike some entries in the awards, Cummins has few visitors.<\/h3>\n

\u201cThey have therefore done a great job creating a \u2018must-see\u2019 attraction that generates income for local businesses.\u201d<\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n
