shallots, flambe with the brandy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">turn the heat down, add the cream, 3 peppers, glaze &amp; gravy mix, simmer until all combined<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">add the steak back to the pan and cook for a short while until your steak reaches your required doneness<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">serve on a plate with the pepper sauce &amp;
