8 EGG WHITES
8 EGG YOLKS
500G MASCARPONE
2 CUPS ESPRESSO COFFEE
\u00bd MARSALA
\u00bd COFFEE LIQUOR
1 PACKET SAVOIARDI BISCUITS
DUTCH COCOA<\/p>\n\n\n\n

in a mixer whip the egg white until almost stiff then add half the sugar and continue to whip until stiff<\/p>\n\n\n\n

remove the egg white and place into a mixing bowl, using the mixing bowl whip the egg yolks with remaining sugar and a little of the marsala until thick and creamy<\/p>\n\n\n\n

add the mascarpone and mix briefly, then add the egg white combine the coffee, marsala and coffee liquor<\/p>\n\n\n\n

assemble the tiramisu in individual glasses or in a large bowl dip a few of the savoiardi biscuits in the coffee mix and place in the bottom, then pipe the mascarpone mix and continue steps until you reach the top<\/p>\n\n\n\n

finish with dusted cocoa<\/p>\n\n\n\n
