We have every expectation he\u2019ll strengthen his talents in that area with each year that goes by.&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<h3>\u201cCharlie has done everything right since arriving here and has made a significant impression throughout the club. He\u2019s a strong, positive influence.&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<h3>\u201cAnd Tom has come to the club from Brisbane and, within a matter of months, has shown our players that he\u2019s a leader amongst them.
