Tasting Notes: <\/strong>This Sangiovese is sourced from a vineyard amongst the rolling hills of the Clare Valley, and vinified with two things in mind \u2013 Pasta, and pure flavour enjoyment. And boy does this wine deliver on both fronts! The wine is straight up delicious, the nose has cherries, plums and a generous mix of herby undertones with hints of leather and some tobacco leaf. The palate is unmistakably Sangiovese. The fruit flavours lead off and are caught mid-palate by the slightest hint of oak, before those famous velvety Sangiovese tannins leave you in no doubt about what\u2019s in the glass.
