roast the pumpkin & sweet potato in a 220 degree oven for 20 minutes until soft

in a pot fry the diced onion, garlic with the sesame & vegetable oil until golden

add the chili paste, tom yum paste, chopped coriander stalks cook briefly

add the stock or water and bring to the boil

with a stab mixer blend the soup until smooth

garnish with coconut cream, coriander leaves & asian nut mix<\/p>\n\n\n\n
