CHIVES<br>1 PINCH FRESH THYME<br>SALT &amp; PEPPER TO TASTE<br>CANOLA OR VEGETABLE OIL<br>LEMON<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">bang out between plastic sheets until \u00bd the thickness<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">set up the crumbing station with flour, egg &amp; milk &amp; breadcrumbs &amp; herbs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">season the cutlets with salt &amp; pepper dip in the flour them egg wash followed by crumbs, pat slightly place aside<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">heat a pan 2cm high of canola or vegetable oil until 180 degrees<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">carefully place the crumbed cutlets in the hot oil, shake the pan gently while frying and the turn the cutlet over<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">when golden on both side place on paper towel before serving serve on a plate with sauce gribiche or tartare &amp;
