THOUSAND LAYER POTATO<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/smallpdf.com\/file#s=b7576466-6a96-4df2-b304-02188f04f322\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Download recipe here<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CANOLA OIL<br>500ML BUTTERMILK<br>3 CHICKEN THIGH SKINLESS<br>\u00bd TSP CRUSHED GARLIC<br>1 TSP SMOKED PAPRIKA<br>50 ML PICKLE JUICE<br>1 TSP CUMIN<br>2 CUP CORN FLOUR<br>1 CUP RICE FLOUR<br>1 CUP SR FLOUR<br>SALT &amp; PEPPER<br>COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>trim up the thighs and butterfly cut if there are any fatter parts to create an even thickness<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>soak the chicken in buttermilk, garlic and paprika<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>combine the flour &amp; corn flour with a pinch of salt &amp; pepper<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>heat canola or vegetable oil to 160 degrees<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>drain the chicken and roll in the flour mix, to make less then blanch in the oil for about 3 min<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>remove the chicken and set aside for 3<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>increase oil to 180 degrees<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>fry until golden, use a probe to see if fully cooked if unsure<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4-5 LARGE WHITE POTATO<br>200ML CLARIFIED BUTTER<br>SALT<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>heat some clarified butter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>peel &amp;
