2 LOCAL SQUID OR TUBES
1 CUP SELF RAISING FLOUR
1 CUP RICE FLOUR
1 CUP CORN FLOUR
1 EGG WHITE
CANOLA OR VEGETABLE OIL<\/p>\n\n\n\n

clean the squid and cut into tubes, place into a bowl<\/p>\n\n\n\n

and mix with the egg white<\/p>\n\n\n\n

combine the 3 flours together in another bowl<\/p>\n\n\n\n

in a bowl or can use a plastic bag coat the squid in the flour and remove, place on a plate<\/p>\n\n\n\n

heat the frying oil in a pot or deep pan until it reaches 180 degrees<\/p>\n\n\n\n

drop the squid in the oil carefully and cook until golden<\/p>\n\n\n\n

season with salt, pepper & chopped parsley<\/p>\n\n\n\n

place on a plate with lemon & your favourite mayonnaise<\/p>\n\n\n\n

combine some salad dressing with chives & Finely chopped red onions<\/p>\n\n\n\n

slice the tomatoes and place on a plate, season with sea salt then dress with the onion dressing<\/p>\n\n\n\n

add some CJ\u2019s Sticky balsamic<\/p>\n\n\n\n
