\u00bd CUP SHREDDED CABBAGE

\u00bc CUP FINELY CHOPPED CELERY
2 TBS SOY
1 TBS CORN FLOUR
1 TSP FINELY CHOPPED GINGER

combine all ingredients in a bowl<\/p>\n\n\n\n

hold the wonton wrapper in your hand between your thumb and pointer finger and with a table spoon place a ball in the centre and push down and bring in the edges to form the dim sim<\/p>\n\n\n\n

steam the dim sims until cooked<\/p>\n\n\n\n

they can be eaten steamed or you can also fry them after steaming for a different texture<\/p>\n\n\n\n

serve with soy sauce or chili crisp oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tasting Notes: A blend of 80% Shiraz & 20% Grenache from the \u2018Western Ridge\u2019 sub-region of the Barossa. The nose is full of fruity bramble berries, hints of thyme and floral notes, with dark chocolate making an appearance.
