Dolejsi stood beside David Kalisch of the Australian Bureau of Statistics as he announced that Australia had indeed voted \u2018Yes\u2019 for marriage equality&nbsp;relaying the news to the hearing impaired in Auslan (Australian Sign Language).&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.news.com.au\/lifestyle\/gay-marriage\/sign-language-interpreters-emotional-response-to-gay-marriage-win\/news-story\/bcf7a686261aa3c32a48516cdb65d5ef\">News.com.au<\/a> has reported that while most of Australia watched along, unaware of any hiccups, one of Dolejsi\u2019s ex-students Matthew Toohey\u200f highlighted that she had actually made a few <em>\u201cunforced errors\u201d<\/em> because of how emotional she was.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-lang=\"en\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Mandy taught me Auslan as well. <br>She is definitely easy to understand, though her emotions got the better of her a couple of times today. A few more &#39;unforced errors&#39; than usual for Mandy.
