pepper<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">in a pan seal the legs both side<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">place the legs in a deep baking dish<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">add 1 smashed garlic clove &amp; thyme<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">cover with duck fat or olive oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">bake in a 155 degree oven 45-60 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CROQUETTES<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DUCK CONFIT MEAT<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FLOUR<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">BUTTER<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MILK<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CHOPPED PARSLEY<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TRUFFLE SALSA (OPTIONAL)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CRUMBING STATION<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 FLOUR 1<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 EGG WASH ( EGGS &amp;
