It is made using a combination of late harvested fruit, shrivelled fruit and botrytis \u2013 the net result is a wine showing typical tropical fruit notes of Sauvignon Blanc but with very intense and pure flavours due to the late harvest. This wine contains around 125 grams per litre of sugar which is very high (normal Sauvignon Blanc would be less than 10g\/L).
