IN THE BURGER
SLICED TOMATO
SLICED BURGER CHEESE
CORAL LETTUCE
BRIOCHE OR POTATO BUN
SLICED PICKLES
BURGER SAUCE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4 TBS MAYONNAISE
1-2 TBS SIRACHA (MORE IF YOU WANT IT A LITTLE MORE SPICY)
1 TSP PICKLE JUICE
1 TBS FINELY CHOPPED SHALLOTS
1 TBS KETCHAP
1TSP MUSTARD<\/p>\n\n\n\n

marinate the chicken in the brine for 2-4 hours<\/p>\n\n\n\n

dredge the chicken by going in the flour mix then back in brine then in flour mix again<\/p>\n\n\n\n

fry at 180 for a couple of minutes, remove and let sit for a minute then go back in the fryer and fry until golden<\/p>\n\n\n\n

to make the maple bacon coat the bacon in maple syrup and bake in the oven until golden and slightly crisp<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ASSEMBLE THE BURGER
toast the bun, add some burger sauce to bottom, cut the chicken in half, add 1 half, then lettuce , tomato, second half of the chicken, cheese, maple bacon and more burger sauce
then place the top half of the bun and a couple of pickles on top<\/p>\n\n\n\n

you can use a skewer to hold together<\/p>\n\n\n\n
