David Koch shed tears on Sunrise after a segment he filmed about his late dad was put to air.<\/h3>\n

\u201cI was lucky,\u201d Kochie said in the interview\u2026 \u201cJust before he died, a couple of hours before he died, I had time with him just he and I — I said what I needed to say.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cSociety expects blokes just to be tough and cope with those things and not let on. I wasn\u2019t tough. I talked about it\u2026 and it was amazing the number of blokes who said they appreciated me talking about it.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

When the clip finished, a visibly moved Kochie said he felt luck.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was so lucky because my dad and my grandfather were the two heroes in my life,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

\u201cI feel guilty that I have the life I have and had such great male role models. You see people that don\u2019t and it really does affect their life.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
