Our average age is 67 and we have many who are centenarians.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are very much needing to become relevant to today\u2019s man, and in doing that, engage and capture the imagination and demonstrate the value to today\u2019s women &#8212; because we know that it is women who are making the decisions for the significant men in their lives\u2026 discretionary time and money.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jane said the masons started up 300-600 years ago, and were master tradesmen who could move beyond jurisdictions &#8212; hence \u201cfree\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey were considered very elite craftspeople.
