Megan told InStyle magazine<\/a> she had to fly overseas immediately after learning she had miscarried.<\/p>\n \u201cThere have been plenty of times in my life I\u2019ve had to suck things up — but this was the most challenging time I\u2019ve had to do that,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n \u201cI came home from having a procedure, hugged my boy for a few hours and had to pack a bag and go. Not being around loved ones was really hard.\u201d<\/p>\n Pilko took issue with a FIVEAA listener who said Gale should not have discussed her miscarriage publicly.<\/p>\n \u201cMy God, lady — you\u2019re missing the point altogether,\u201d he said. \u201cOne in four women suffer a miscarriage.
