Spend some quality time<\/strong><br><br \/>\n\tBecause they know they\u2019ll be flat chat during the week, successful people spend their Sunday nights with family, friends and loved ones, writes Jacquelyn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Plan something fun<\/strong><br><br \/>\n\tThis prolongs the weekend and keeps you focused on something fun &#8212; instead of Monday.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Plan for the week<\/strong><br><br \/>\n\tSet goals and deadlines for the week ahead, but &#8212; here\u2019s the trick &#8212; without stressing yourself.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Exercise<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Eat something healthy<\/strong><br><br \/>\n\tRelaxing over a Sunday evening drink is appealing, but remember: alcohol is a depressant and could leave you feeling flat in the morning.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Read<\/strong><br><br \/>\n\tActually, successful people do this every night, writes Jacquelyn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Return calls, emails, and texts\u2026<\/strong><br><br \/>\n\tThat you didn\u2019t get to during the week. And then &#8212;<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. Unplug<\/strong><br><br \/>\n\tAnd once you\u2019re all caught up, pull the plug on your devices for the night and try not to dwell on work stuff.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9. Relax<\/strong><br><br \/>\n\t\u201cFuel for the body and mind.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>10. Volunteer<\/strong><br><br \/>\n\tNothing takes your mind off stress in your life like helping those less fortunate, writes Jacquelyn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>11. Write down your frustrations<\/strong><br><br \/>\n\t\u201cIt&#8217;s a catharsis to get it out on paper &#8230; It&#8217;s like flushing a toilet: You get it out on paper and you have flushed your system out.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>12.
