Outlining Browne\u2019s argument on Melbourne radio station SEN, Brian Waldron said the AFL should preference it\u2019s own anti-doping tribunal\u2019s verdict over the Court of Arbitration for Sport\u2019s.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhilst they (CAS) had to be comfortably satisfied, surely to take a Brownlow off someone the AFL has to be more than comfortably satisfied \u2013 they have to be sure beyond reasonable doubt,\u201d Waldron said.<\/p>\n
\u201cHow are you going to feel when Ben Cousins is there as a legend of the game and Jobe Watson is not?<\/p>\n
\u201cI don\u2019t think you can take a Brownlow off someone unless it\u2019s beyond reasonable doubt when you let others be there who have openly admitted to really being part of the game and doing bad things,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
