54-year-old Jennifer Connell claimed she fell and hurt herself when Sean, who was excited to see her, jumped into her arms to greet her, rendering her injured and unable to complete every day tasks.<\/p>\n

\u201cI live in Manhattan in a third-floor walk-up so it has been very difficult. And we all know how crowded it is in Manhattan,\u201d she told a Connecticut court on Friday.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was at a party recently, and it was difficult to hold my hors d\u2019oeuvre plate,\u201d she continued.<\/p>\n

She relayed to the court the series of events that lead to her injury, explaining she arrived at Sean\u2019s birthday party when he came running towards her yelling \u201cAunty Jen! Aunty Jen!\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAll of a sudden he was there in the air, I had to catch him and we tumbled onto the ground. I remember him shouting, \u2018Aunty Jen, I love you,\u2019 and there he was flying at me.\u201d<\/p>\n
