A worker who drank 10 beers and told his boss to f*** off at an office Christmas party was found to be unfairly fired because the company supplied the booze.<\/h3>\n

The Fair Work Commission placed the blame on Leighton Boral Amey Joint Venture after it supplied an endless amount of free alcohol to staff at a party.<\/p>\n

The man in question told the company director and a senior project manager to f*** off before he also sexually harassed colleagues after the party had ended.<\/p>\n

The commission heard the employee drank 10 beers and a glass of vodka and coke before attending the work event.<\/p>\n

After returning to work in January the employee was dismissed for sexual harassment after it was discovered that he asked one colleague for her contact details and kissed another colleague on the mouth after the Christmas function.<\/p>\n

The commission also heard that the employee kicked on to another bar after the party where he called a colleague a stuck up b**ch<\/p>\n

It was found no standards of conduct had been set by the company for the party…<\/p>\n
