There are some big problems at Carlton, says Caroline Wilson.<\/h3>\n

\u201cThis is not a great situation for Steven Trigg,\u201d Caro said of the former Adelaide and now Carlton CEO.<\/p>\n

She said the club was struggling to recruit members.<\/p>\n

\u201cI just wonder whether this is something completely new to him (Trigg). It\u2019s just not an issue the Crows ever had\u2026 signing up members,\u201d she told Rowey and Bicks on FIVEAA.<\/p>\n

Caro said payouts the club owed former staff combined with its low membership were creating problems.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe low membership has been a product of a club who have had so many problems.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think a lot of people lost faith in the club around the time of the salary cap cheating. But of course Mick Malthouse doesn\u2019t exactly draw people to the club,\u201d Caro said. <\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t think he\u2019s got the members behind him.\u201d<\/p>\n
