Port Adelaide\u2019s newly appointed SANFL leadership player Tyson Goldsack<\/a> says he also spoke with the Adelaide Crows multiple times after the former Collingwood Magpie retired.<\/h3>\n

Tyson has told the FIVEAA sports show:<\/p>\n

\u201cWe spoke early, yeah. We spoke pretty much as I first retired and then I actually sat down with Matthew Nicks just for a chat.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe was open and honest about where they were and where it sat with me. I also had this opportunity not pending but I was meeting Port soon after and Adelaide went down the track they have.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis job opened up and thinking what was better for me at this stage it probably is more of a development coaching role just coming out of the game so recently.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s a decent fit and I couldn\u2019t be happier that I\u2019m here now and getting stuck in.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
