\u201cThere\u2019s how many guys sitting in that coaching box\u2026<\/p>\n
\u201cYou\u2019ve got to put somebody in that coach\u2019s box who may disagree with the coach, who may make the coach uncomfortable, who may shift him to an area that he doesn\u2019t want to be because he has to consider alternatives.<\/p>\n
\u201cThey have to now look at every other team in the competition. Who\u2019s got the best program, who suits our playing list? And you bring that person in as an assistant coach.<\/p>\n
\u201cWho\u2019s program do we like the best? West Coast? Richmond? That\u2019s a good program. Brisbane all of a sudden\u2026 which clubs have got the best programs, which of their assistant coaches can we pick?\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
