Now we have a situation where this man has been released on parole, he\u2019s breached his parole four times for taking drugs, and yet the parole board are just acting like a revolving door. They just keep releasing him.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m speaking on the radio for the first time now, and I\u2019m speaking because I\u2019m absolutely petrified.
