We\u2019ve got a terrific relationship with SAPOL and our own security team do a really good job. We haven\u2019t seen increases in poor behaviour, certainly this year.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI guess there\u2019s a bit of change in community expectations and what we are seeing is more and more people using our 0400 TELL US number, so that if there is any instances of poor behaviour during a game then we can deal with it and jump on it straight away and fix it.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Asked if the oval had been given a box of awareness officer bibs, Chandler said \u201cabsolutely not\u201d.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cWe have an AFL representative here at every game\u2026 certainly at this point we haven\u2019t been given any instruction\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re always trying to improve our standards and work with fans and encourage a really good family friendly environment here at Adelaide Oval.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNothing\u2019s changed in that area but we\u2019ll keep working and make sure everyone can come here and have a good time.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>LISTEN:<\/p>\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"100%\" height=\"188\" src=\"https:\/\/embed.acast.com\/david-will\/interview-darrenchandler-17june2019\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\" style=\"border:none;overflow:hidden;\"><\/iframe>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Adelaide Oval management has stated there is no plan \u201cat this point\u201d to implement the \u2018behavioural awareness officers\u2019 seen an interstate games over the weekend.
