Port Adelaide premiership captain Warren Tredrea says traded star Chad Wingard was \u201cright down the bottom\u201d of the players meeting the club\u2019s culture standards.<\/h3>\n

Tredders spoke with Rowey and Bickls on FIVEAA about the club\u2019s call to trade several high-profile players during the off-season.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhy would you trade Chad Wingard unless [it is] his behaviours?\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ll probably get whacked for saying this but I was told by someone I trust that a couple of those players, and one was Wingard — right down the bottom in terms of their culture. It was their discipline.<\/p>\n

\u201cNot saying they\u2019re not great players. When they\u2019re going, they\u2019re going and he can do stuff that no one else can do.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut if they felt they got to a stage where the message wasn\u2019t getting through and he wasn\u2019t trying to be the best he could be and it turned into a little bit \u2018I\u2019m not happy here\u2019 then that\u2019s why they made the tough call. They\u2019ll live and die by that call.<\/p>\n
