\u201cYou\u2019re driven to go into the shops\u2026 if you just wanted to sit and read the paper or something, no chance. It\u2019s too hot — it\u2019s a scorched valley, a cauldron, where pedestrians can\u2019t find enough area to get in the shade\u2026 it\u2019s almost dangerous I would suggest.<\/p>\n
\u201cThere has to be a better way of shading them whether it\u2019s sail cloth or more trees I don\u2019t know\u2026 there has to be a way of putting shade over the exposed seating.
