David Koch says it is important Australians don\u2019t lose their \u201csense of tolerance\u201d after Friday\u2019s terror attack in Melbourne<\/a>, but he also says we need to be \u201ca lot harsher\u201d on those who \u201ccross the line\u201d.  <\/h3>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ve got to keep it in perspective,\u201d Kochie told FIVEAA on Monday. \u201cWe don\u2019t want to lose our tolerance. We don\u2019t want to lose our sense of fairness because that makes us who we are.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are the most multicultural country in the world and we do it pretty well\u2026 The reason we do it so well is as Australians we are so tolerant we are so welcoming.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut when you cross the line with our sense of tolerance and sense of fairness you get turfed out, you get locked up. I think we are too soft on those that cross the line. We\u2019ve got to be a lot harsher on it.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t care whether you\u2019re a refugee, I don\u2019t care whether you\u2019re a migrant, I don\u2019t care whether you\u2019re an Australian who was born and bred here. If you cross that line, or you bring baggage from overseas… you\u2019ve got no right to be here.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
