There is a troubling lack of detail in a federal government plan to block new migrants from living in Sydney and Melbourne, says David Penberthy.<\/h3>\n

\u201cEveryone\u2019s got the broad point that there\u2019s too many people going to Melbourne and Sydney and more need to come to places like Adelaide,\u201d Penbo told FIVEAA on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut someone needs to show us the diagram about how many, who, from where, and where are they going to go, and what do they need?<\/p>\n

\u201cPeople have got so many questions about this.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe know what it\u2019s like in this state when infrastructure doesn\u2019t keep pace with urban sprawl. You know it if you live in Gawler and you\u2019re still waiting for your electrified train line. You know it if you live in Seaford and you\u2019ve waited years for a road that goes in both directions at the same time\u2026<\/p>\n
