God only know how tiny this baby would\u2019ve been.<\/h3>\n<h3>\u201cThis maggot\u2026 he\u2019s thrown the child and in a completely gutless act\u2026 he said the 15-month-old did it.<\/h3>\n<h3>\u201cThis baby boy has permanent and irreversible brain damage. He is buggered for the rest of his life\u2026<\/h3>\n<h3>\u201cAnd Judge Davidson\u2026 sentenced him to four years in jail, but it says with a lower than usual non-parole period of one year.<\/h3>\n<h3>\u201cOne year for chucking a baby on the ground so hard that you give it permanent brain damage. The kid\u2019s life is stuffed forevermore. And this guy, he\u2019s only 23 now, at the grand old age of 24 he\u2019s back in the community, free to go.<\/h3>\n<h3>\u201cThis is beyond a joke.<\/h3>\n<h3>\u201cHe\u2019s lied to everyone, he\u2019s shown no contrition and he\u2019ll be out in a year. That is utter bullsh*t.<\/h3>\n<h3>\u201cIt is the worst brand of garbage I have read in a very long time.
