\u201cOther councils do this\u2026 for the next two years before development proper can begin, Adelaide City based charities could be in charge of parking at the old Le Cornu site and the money taken — so the council\u2019s not profiteering — would all go straight into charity coffers.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe two or three hour marathon discussion about the type of precedent that would set is nothing short of a joke and the feedback that we have had from traders is that they want people in the area sooner rather than later.<\/p>\n
