The owner of North Adelaide\u2019s Queen\u2019s Head Hotel is on his way to court for having too many chairs on the footpath outside the pub.<\/p>\n
\u201cI received a summons to appear in the licensing court,\u201d Tony Franzon told FIVEAA. \u201cWe were in a technical breach. We had 16 people standing on the footpath outside the hotel instead of 12, and we had 13 chairs instead of 12 chairs sitting out the front.\u201d<\/h3>\n
\u201cThe police at the time were pretty reasonable\u2026 but three weeks later we see this summons.<\/h3>\n
\u201cNow I\u2019ve got go to court. You had a rapist that doesn\u2019t go to court for twelve months. I\u2019m going to court within four weeks. I\u2019ve got to get a lawyer\u2026 I\u2019ll get a rap over the knuckles. I\u2019ll probably cop anywhere from a $1,000 to $3,000 fine.<\/h3>\n
\u201cI would think the licensing branch really need to deal with where the real problems are, and let\u2019s be honest, it\u2019s generally after 1am, it\u2019s generally city-based. They\u2019ve got problems with nightclubs, Hindley street, etc\u2026”<\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n
