Over the last four months more than half of the quality failure issues are related to food issues.<\/h3>\n<h3>\u201cI\u2019m particularly concerned about special diets because people who are medically deconditioned are more vulnerable to malnourishment\u2026 I specifically asked for a briefing from the chief dieticians at the hospital.
