Kochie told David and Will on FIVEAA the club had been sent a summary, but was yet to see the full report, which was concluded a week ago.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe have been asking to see that report and it still hasn\u2019t come,\u201d Koch said on Monday. \u201cThis is a week later. It\u2019s concluded and we want to see the report.\u201d<\/h3>\n
\u201cOur view is the report does not reflect properly what actually went on at the nightclub. We have video of the entire night at the club and our view of that video doesn\u2019t match the findings of the integrity unit\u2019s report.<\/h3>\n
\u201cWe are backing our player. We think the allegations\u2026 are completely misleading. That\u2019s why we want to see the report, to see what other evidence that report contains, if any.<\/h3>\n
\u201cWe are stumped by that. We are frustrated by that, let me tell you, so frustrated. It is putting enormous pressure on this young man. If there\u2019s evidence of any serious sexual abuse then we would throw the book at any player. Our vision of what happened on the night bears no resemblance to any of that.\u201d<\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n
Koch hinted the club was prepared to take legal action if necessary.<\/p>\n
\u201cThey\u2019re alleging inappropriate behaviour. We don\u2019t even think it goes that far,\u201d he said.<\/h3>\n
\u201cWe\u2019re prepared to take this matter further — to a hearing. We\u2019ve got QC\u2019s opinions on it who have actually seen the vision of the night.<\/h3>\n
\u201cThat\u2019s why we want to see their report because if they\u2019ve got other evidence that shows that, we want to see it.<\/h3>\n
\u201cWe want the report. We\u2019re not agreeing with anything the integrity unit has found at the moment. On the evidence we have it doesn\u2019t warrant further sanctions. We think we\u2019re entitled to see the full report.<\/h3>\n
\u201cIf this full report has other evidence we\u2019re absolutely happy to see that and consider it. We\u2019ve been waiting a week for the full report. We were sent a summary and that was it. That\u2019s not good enough. We want to see the full report — what is the evidence.\u201d<\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n
