State opposition leader Steven Marshall has restated his belief that Nick Xenophon has \u201cdone a deal<\/a>\u201d to return the Weatherill Labor government to power in South Australia.<\/h3>\n

\u201cOf course I do,\u201d he told FIVEAA on Tuesday.<\/h3>\n

\u201cHere\u2019s a guy who says to me October last year that we\u2019re going to run in four to six seats, he says half Liberal, half Labor. He\u2019s announced 19 Liberal seats, 11 Labor seats. He says we\u2019ve got to get rid of Labor yet he\u2019s doing everything he possibly can to help Jay Weatherill and Tom Koutsantonis get elected again.\u201d<\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n

On Monday Mr Xenophon threatened legal action if Mr Marshall repeated his claim.<\/p>\n

\u201cI tell you what, I\u2019ve hit a raw nerve there haven\u2019t I,” Mr Marshall said. “I think we\u2019re really seeing the lawyer in Nick Xenophon come out.”<\/h3>\n

“That\u2019s my opinion, I think he\u2019s done a deal. Every single piece of evidence is pointing in that direction.\u201d<\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n
