Serves 4<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n

1 punnet red cherry tomatoes, halved<\/p>\n

1 punnet yellow cherry tomatoes, halved<\/p>\n

1 punnet of plum tomatoes, halved<\/p>\n

4 medium vine tomatoes,cut into quaters<\/p>\n

2  roasted red  capsicums , diced<\/p>\n

1 small red onion, finely diced<\/p>\n

\u00bd tsp ground allspice<\/p>\n

2 tsp white wine vinegar<\/p>\n

1\u00bd tbsp pomegranate molasses<\/p>\n

\u00bd cup olive oil,<\/p>\n

1 pomegranate, seeds removed<\/p>\n

Fresh basil leaves to taste<\/p>\n

Salt<\/p>\n

Method<\/strong><\/p>\n

In a large bowl, mix together the tomatoes, red pepper and onion and pomegranate seeds.<\/p>\n

In a small bowl whisk the garlic, allspice, vinegar, pomegranate molasses, olive oil, and salt, until well combined.<\/p>\n

Pour this over the tomatoes and gently mix toss in the basil leaves and serve.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
