Surely the only people who can afford to pay a bill that big on time\u2026 are people like me who are earning enough money to do so.<\/h3>\n<h3>\u201cBut if you\u2019re a combined income family of $80-100,000\u2026 how do you pay almost $3,000 in one hit?
