Now would be the time to play Scott Thompson, says Mark Bickley, as the Adelaide Crows face questions about their hardness and leadership in big moments.<\/h3>\n

\u201cScott Thompson was best on ground [for the SANFL Crows] on the weekend,\u201d Bicks said on Monday. \u201cHe ticks all those boxes. If he doesn\u2019t play this week, I don\u2019t think he\u2019ll play for the rest of the year.\u201d<\/p>\n

Daniel Talia agreed Thommo could \u201cadd something\u201d to the team:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cScotty Thompson\u2019s certainly one that\u2019s got that in him, and you\u2019ve seen that over his career. He\u2019s fantastic in that area and wins the hardball and is a really clam head.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe had 33 touches on the weekend and used the ball really well, and looks to be back to his best running form as well.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s certainly something that coaches will have to ponder because there\u2019s been a few guys down and I think Scotty could add something to the group. At the end of the day that\u2019s they\u2019re call.<\/p>\n

\u201cPaul Seedsman and a couple of other guys put their hands up as well on the weekend, which could really help us as well. There\u2019s certainly guys banging the doors down.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
