I thought that was the end of it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But now their bank has put impossible conditions on their ability to access the money they need to repair their damaged home:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cThe options they came back with were just ridiculous. I want to the financial ombudsman, put in a complaint with them\u2026 we never heard from the bank at all,\u201d Karen said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe can\u2019t do anything. The kids want to get back into their rooms&#8230; and until we get the money we can\u2019t.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>David and Will were shocked by the plight of the Innes family\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think there\u2019s a bit more pressure that could be brought to bear on the bank in question,\u201d Penbo said. \u201cI.e. naming it publicly is probably not a bad start.
