It\u2019s been a case of head down, bum up &#8212; no talk, just get on and work, and that\u2019s what the guy\u2019s have done.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>LISTEN HERE:<\/h3>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" frameborder=\"no\" height=\"166\" scrolling=\"no\" src=\"https:\/\/w.soundcloud.com\/player\/?url=https%3A\/\/api.soundcloud.com\/tracks\/308175965&amp;color=ff5500&amp;auto_play=false&amp;hide_related=false&amp;show_comments=true&amp;show_user=true&amp;show_reposts=false\" width=\"100%\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Kochie said the club had bolstered resources around senior coach Ken Hinkley\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve never see Ken more confident.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBrendon Lade has been a terrific inclusion in to the coaching ranks,\u201d he said. \u201cWe\u2019ve invested a lot in data and analytics &#8212; also leadership skills. We\u2019re quietly confident, as every club is.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He said the pressure to perform was shared by the entire club:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cWe all share the pressure. As a club our biggest pressure was 2013. The pressure now doesn\u2019t compare to 2013. In 2013 the pressure was to survive. I remember those board meetings and we\u2019re going, \u2018Blimey, how are we going to dig ourselves out of this hole?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe entire club\u2019s under pressure &#8212; not just one person.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Kochie said club debt \u201cis still higher than we would like\u201d, but they were on the right track:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cFrankly, that\u2019s the reason for China. For us to be financially resourced to the same extent as Collingwood or West Coast, you\u2019ve got to look outside of Australia.
