I\u2019ve embraced it. I just really wanted to come out and play football and I\u2019m quite happy to be doing that. I guess I\u2019ve been given that label and unfortunately it\u2019s just something you\u2019ve got to embrace,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>But it almost never happened. Sarah was overlooked on draft day:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was very upsetting and there was a lot of tears. For a little bit there it went through my head that maybe it wasn\u2019t for me and that I should probably give up.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI felt like I\u2019d let myself down a little but.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was until I spoke to some people after the draft\u2026 that I realised I still had a chance with free agency.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI took that head on and ended up at the Crows, and I\u2019ll be forever grateful to Bec Goddard and the coaching staff.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>MOST POPULAR<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cms.fiveaa.com.au\/shows\/david-and-will\/xenophon-hits-back-after-interstate-pot-shot\"><strong>OUCH!
