So it\u2019s our job to make the city welcoming &#8212; the government\u2019s encouraged us to do that. There\u2019s other ways to go.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s ridiculous. The penalty has to fit the crime &#8212; and $52 is a lot for a young family.
