{"id":30153,"date":"2018-02-18T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2018-02-18T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cms.fiveaa.com.au\/uncategorized\/slow-roasted-lamb-with-yoghurt-dressing\/"},"modified":"2018-02-18T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2018-02-18T00:00:00","slug":"slow-roasted-lamb-with-yoghurt-dressing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cms.fiveaa.com.au\/show\/slow-roasted-lamb-with-yoghurt-dressing\/","title":{"rendered":"Slow roasted Lamb with Yoghurt Dressing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Thanks to Rilka Warbanoff and Foodland.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><br><br \/>\n\t1 leg of lamb on the bone<br><br \/>\n\tOlive oil&nbsp;<br><br \/>\n\tSalt<br><br \/>\n\t1 garlic clove&nbsp;<br><br \/>\n\t1 cup of natural unsweetened yoghurt&nbsp;<br><br \/>\n\t1 cucumber using a peeler peel into thin strips<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><br><br \/>\n\tHeat the oven to 160c<br><br \/>\n\tPlace the leg of lamb on a board and using a sharp knife make a few deep cuts into the lamb.
