{"id":30633,"date":"2016-09-13T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-09-13T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cms.fiveaa.com.au\/uncategorized\/lamb-cutlets-with-yoghurt-dressing-and-red-cabbage-salad\/"},"modified":"2016-09-13T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2016-09-13T00:00:00","slug":"lamb-cutlets-with-yoghurt-dressing-and-red-cabbage-salad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cms.fiveaa.com.au\/show\/lamb-cutlets-with-yoghurt-dressing-and-red-cabbage-salad\/","title":{"rendered":"Lamb Cutlets with Yoghurt dressing and red cabbage salad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Serves 6&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><br><br \/>\n\t18 French style lamb cutlets<br><br \/>\n\t1 head of red cabbage<br><br \/>\n\t2 cups of plain unsweetened yoghurt<br><br \/>\n\t1 large cucumber using a vegetable peeler to make long strips<br><br \/>\n\tsalt&nbsp;<br><br \/>\n\tpepper&nbsp;<br><br \/>\n\tolive oil<br><br \/>\n\t2 tsp. of paprika<br><br \/>\n\t1 tsp of cumin&nbsp;<br><br \/>\n\t2 cloves of garlic grated<br><br \/>\n\t1\/3 cup apple cider vinegar<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><br><br \/>\n\tIn a bowl place the garlic paprika cumin salt and pepper to taste and a good glug of olive oil and coat the lamb cutlets in the dressing<\/p>\n<p>In another bowl mix the yoghurt and cucumber set-aside in the fridge<\/p>\n<p>Finely as possible slice the red cabbage place in a bowl drizzle a little olive oil season with salt well and apple cider vinegar.
